I had been perusing the Red Giant software website for the last few days looking at the great software they have. Then it dawned on me. Way back in November '09, I had attended a FCP workshop that was held here in the Las Vegas area by Larry Jordan. I learned quite a bit while there. I had forgotten that I won the door prize when I attended. Besides getting an autographed copy of Mr. Jordan's book "Final Cut Pro Power Skills" he had also given me this software from Red Giant Software called Magic Bullet Quick Looks. At the time I was having back problems and my mother was dying so I shelved it for later. Well this is later and I wondered what I did with it. I found it in my closet among my pile of 'discarded stuff until I wanna use it pile' last night. I installed it into my Mac and played with it for a while. Wow! Even though it is now two versions old, it still looks great! Will definitely include the use of this in my project.

Here are the six films we have chosen for this month to review. As we mentioned in the last one we are on an A-F System. The way we see it is if you are ready to make the movie you are ready to hear an honest unbiased opinion of it. If you find the critiques to harsh or unready then this medium is definitely only a hobby for you. These are for those who are serious about this medium in a commercial way. Message of this month is start thinking of all the genres Machinima can support.
